Most of my friends and family are at that age when they start having babies. Some of them are on their second one, gasp. It keeps me busy knitting little baby things. Here are some of my favorites:
These are 3 of the 12 that I made. I don't have photos but I also made a teddy bear, alien, frog, tiger, little girl, little boy, mouse, owl, and pelican. The owl and pelican were my favorites of those not in the photo. These finger puppets are loosely based on some random patterns I found online. These were great for using up scrap yarn and the limit is your imagination.
I also made a little Amelia Earhart hat and boots. The lovely model is Abigail.
Two of my cousins are preggers with girls, so I must get back to my knitting. And Two pairs of spring baby booties just went out to two of my girlfriends who just had girls. I am trying to finish a pair of socks and then will be onto a teeny weenie bikini for myself.
